The fuse on the right was missing there was a wire jammed in there by crooks to complete the circuit i took the fuse that was on the 'front' ie left side of the solenoid and placed it in the other slot that previously had the wire jammed in it from what i read online i in essence took the spare main fuse and placed it in the actual fuse slot.
